Philip, from San Diego, is certainly the only person I have ever known who has had a heart transplant! Yes, his heart is 11 years younger than he is. He is doing great with it, and has written an inspirational book about his experiences, some of which seemed nothing less than miracles. He asked me to draw this portrait of him, which was put on the cover of the book.
